If you ever get the chance, you should listen to the broadcast of game 3 of the 1949 WS. Mize's PH appearance in the 9th is about as exciting as baseball gets. The whole 9th inning of that game is very intense.

Good guess - Borowy was named to the AS squad but he was replaced due to injury.
