Kauffman Stadium Help
I have Season Parking passes for next weekend's Brewers-Royals series. Which way is the best way to get to that area? Which gate into the ballpark works best? Any tips?
When I've been to the K before, we stayed at the Adam's Mark and walked across. Now through the joy of Priceline, we're way the hell up by the airport (although for only $46 so it's all good) and we have to drive in to the park. Next question, is there anything at all near the airport? Beside jet exhaust? Thanks in advance. |

From KCI go East on I-435 which will turn into southbound I-435. When you get to I-70 go east to the stadium exit (I think it is Blue Ridge Cutoff) which you can't miss. There will be people there to direct you to the right lot.
A place you will want to go for lunch is Chappell's in North Kansas City on Hwy 210. It has some great sports memorablia. To get there just go south on I-29 then I-35 until you get to Hwy 210. Go west 3-4 miles and it is south side of the street. If you come to a Tee you have went a little too far. Don't forget the Negro League Musem at 18th & Vine in KCMO.

Didn't get to Chapell's. Did get to Strouds. Awesome. Plus of course the Negro League museum.
Great time in KC, plus the Royals won two of three. |

Shame you couldn't go to the original Stroud's. It was something else.
