The Return of the Rocket

Have tickets to next Thursday's game against the Twins when Clemens returns. 30,000 posters will be given away before the game. Good marketing job. #22 will return on the 22nd. Hmmm.... he might just throw 22 Ks as well.

T-minus 7 days and counting...

I heard a ridiculous rumor that the only reason Clemens is in Houston was that he had to sit out the first 50 games because he tested positive for steroids

Its not posible to throw 22 Ks he could throw 21 but thats the most anyone could throw. Unless its extra innings.

There could be more then 27 Ks in 9 innings. I have seen 4 Ks in one inning. but I don't think I would count on it. even if it is the rocket.

Anyhow congrats on getting the rocket. I knew he would be an astro. I think any team would love to have him. great [re]pick up.

I am hoping to see him pitch against the rangers. [maybe on 6/2]

On Friday Clemens threw a 41-pitch 1st inning and allowed 3 hits, 3 runs and had 3 walks. He had a quick 2nd and 3rd inning. He gave up only 2 more hits and finished with 5 Ks throwing 91 total pitches in 5.2 IP
