Let's begin where it all began in late 2005: rematch of NLCS

Ready for another pitching/hitting duel between my Redbirds and the Astros? I sure am. Next Wednesday, the 'birds take a two-game road trip to Houston, where the infamous three-run HR by Pujols took place, and other events. Rivalry never gets old, does it?

There will be fun match-ups for every fan, ranging from Backe vs. Edmonds to Pettite vs. Pujols. Could this be a split series or will one team take it all? Find out on May 3-4, 2006!

I'll be at the May 3rd game. Probably won't see any Backe v. Edmonds since Backe is on the DL. Houston would love to go back to where it all ended, at least as far as the NLCS went last year. Alas, the Cardinals were so upset at dropping that series they went and tore down old Busch
