It's begun!

The Indians just beat the Astros 5-2 in the ST opener. The sound of Tom Hamilton's voice on the radio...nothing says "spring" like that.

3 run HR from Belliard was pretty nice, too.

I agree, the Cubs are playing the A's right now and I'm listening to Pat Hughes and Ron Santo and I can almost feel the summer heat on my skin. Oh, that's not the sun, that's the 5 layers I'm wearing right now. Cubs are up 5 - 0! Zambrano pitched 3 scoreless innings, Ramirez has 2 RBIs. Maybe this is next year. Maybe.
