Glad to some of the higher profile players-Gullien, Schneider, and Zimmerman-invloved. A couple of stops are for good community causes. I like the food drive activity, shows the team and ballplayers as civic minded.

The Post and other media need to highlight more of this type involvement by the Nationals. I know they get involved, as had the team and individual players last season, but with all the other bullcrap going on in this town regarding baseball its just nice to see some positive press coverage that doesn't mention the city council and the Lords squabbling over who does or doesn't do what.
