Lave Cross, Kid Gleason, Tim Raines, Rickey Henderson, and Rafael Palmeiro are the only players not in the HoF to have done what??

When I was entering this I realized I missed a player. So I put him in, but forgot to chnage the title. I should have called this Five Score (or maybe even something clever).

With the "score" reference, I'll guess they each scored 20 (a "score") runs in eachof 20 seasons.

Neither Gleason, Raines, nor Palmeiro have done that, so, no, that's not it.

You may find this question easier to solve if you concentrate on Cross and Gleason since Henderson, Raines, and Palmeiro have had HoF level careers (ignoring that pesky steroids thing for the moment). Also remember that these are the only non-HoFers to do this.

Almost!! It's actually 20 or more consecutive seasons with a stolen base.
