On fourteen other occasions relievers have won 15 or more games in a season, so no that's not it.

Most games in AL with 0 starts (89 in 1987). Mike Marshall pitch in 90 games for the Twins in 1979 but one of them was a start.

He ranks second in strikeouts in a season for a reliefer with zero starts, so that's not it either.

Anything to do with ERA like "lowest ERA by a pitcher with more than 150 innings and zero starts".

This is correct, though I had a different wording of the answer (but they are basically the same thing). The answer I had work up was "most innings pitched by a pitcher with zero starts and a sub 2.00 ERA".
