Maybe this is why I'm crazy...

I got hit by a pitch - twice - in the same inning by the same pitcher.

You get a complex when that happens.

Willard Schmidt, Frank Thomas, and Andres Galarraga were hit by pitches twice in the same inning.

On 5/23/99 Brady Anderson of the Orioles was hit twice in the first inning by Rangers pitcher Mike Morgan.
