Fewest RBIs with 20+ HRs in a season?

Anyone have any idea who has the fewest RBIs who hit 20 or more home runs in a seaon?

This won't count but Ron Gant hit 20 HRs for the Phillies in 2000 and had 38 RBI before he was traded to the Angels near the end of the year.

My guess would be Ruben Rivera for the Padres in 99, 23 HRs and 48 RBI.
