WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH SCOREBOARD!!! AND PSA/DNA by the way

Hello, I have been collecting for four years now and I have been having the same burning question thrown back at me time and time again. WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THE SCORE BOARD INC. Why did the go under? I just sent a load of memorabilia, one of which was a DiMaggio/Williams dual signed photo auth. Scoreboard, to PSA/DNA and it came back fake. Although I have my doubts about PSA/DNA, reason being because I send in a Pujols 8x10 that was signed in front of me and it came back fake.
