Question Babe Ruth Lou Gehrig Autographed Photo

I found a photo of Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth in civilian clothes fishing together that is signed (and has a certificate of authentication on the back) by both of them amongst my deceased father's stuff. Any ideas how much this is worth and where I could sell it?

Who authenticated them. I may be interested. Also a place to think about is EBAY. I know it is known but there are so many people looking for a good buy out there and Ebay is the place to get maximum exposure. Thanks Chris
