CF and LF

But also catcher. At this position you're always busy. When the season starts overhere, it can be really cold. So as a catcher you're always warm then.

I really don't know. But they did name a ws after him. They called it the Brooks Robinson or Robinsson series.

I won a "Gold Glove" award as a 3rd baseman and batted leadoff and cleanup for my little league team.
I had made only 11 errors.

I play first and bat second leadoff and fifth I won defensive M.V.P with like 3 errors in 20 games but two were counted wrong from crappy throws.

I love pitching because a lot of the game revolves around what you do.

Pitcher For Sure

Pitcher

Here is my list

1) On the field, there is no feeling better than that of staring down a batter and seeing him shaking in his shoes just trying to guess what pitch your going to throw him. Then you blow a fastball right by him, or even better when he is looking fastball and you throw him a knee-buckling curve(the ones where the batter can't do anything but watch it go by) Make the batter look......silly(if you can think of a better word to fit in there)

2) Your in charge -> what you do can either pump up your team or kill your momentum. You can also kill the spirits of the other team.

3) You control the tempo of the game, to whatever your liking is.

4) On the mound your higher than everyone(i had to throw that in there)

5) You get the glory(of a no-no/perfecto) and the girls.

1st is my favorite position because you hardly ever have to make any long throws. All you really have to do is catch the ball.

3rd was great, we picked off so many runners my first year of Babe Ruth ball, we even did the hidden ball trick. 2nd was fun, as I played there for my whole little league career until my last year split between SS and 3B. I always played up the middle, because I was one of the few that, sadly enough, knew how to do cut-offs and actually paid attention, and was kind of a team leader, always telling the outfielders where the throw needed to go (and some of them needed to be told or they'd hold on to it while the runners advanced). I never really played anywhere else except a bit in the outfield, and a couple relief pitching apperances.

Only played it a few times in the NABA, but I loved CF...like to catch a lot, too, but it kills my knees, and my snap throw was inconsistent.
My coach in softball seems to think LF is the most important OF position, and I'm flattered that he plays me there. But, I'd rather play LC. I may have to ask for a position change if I still get stabbing shoulder pains on any throw with steam on it again this year.
