Pro Turf
I heard lots of new turfs are comming out. They need to make a turf close as playing on real grass so players dont get hurt or doesnt make the ball go any faster or jump higher than those fake pathectic turf of the 70s.You know you cant grow real grass in indoors right and it cost money to maintain a grass field. So i hope they create an tech to make sports turf kinda like real grass. So they can play in dome ballparks as well outside ballparks.

Why can't you grow real grass indoors?

Cause the grass needs real sunlight in order to grow.

A plant can use any light. Did you ever grow a plant inside a house? As long as they have small lights, the grass should be fine.

So how youre gonna give light to grass inside the dome? Those roof lights arent enough. It wont grow with those lights.

KC-
Technically, that's not true. The Astrodome originally had glass panes in the roof, but players said it caused too much glare, so they were painted white. Once they were painted, the grass died, so they needed to come up with a better solution. Sadly, astroturf was born. Fieldturf is much better, since it is much softer and is actually made up of individual plastic blades. I think there's also rubber underneath, though I know the warning tracks are all rubberized. |
