All-time Cleveland Indians team

I said I would do it and here I am. What's your all time Cleveland Indians team? You can choose from 1915-present on who you think were the best players to wear an Indians uni in the careers. Now, I will include 1905-1914 with the Cleveland Naps. The all time Naps thread is a dud and will be shut down.

Here's my all time team, commenting about it is free:

1B: Mike Hargrove
2B: Nap Lajoie
3B: Ed Morgan
SS: Lou Boudreau
C: Sandy Alomar, Jr.
LF: Jeff Heath
CF: Kenny Lofton
RF: Manny Ramirez
Util: Omar Vizquel (SS) (#1 pinch hitter; Boudreau beats him out for SS for me)
Jim Thome (1B) (the DH if allowed)
Roy Weatherly (OF)
Julio Franco (SS)
Carlos Baerga (2B)
Duane Kuiper (2B)
"Shoeless" Joe Jackson (OF)

SP: Bob Feller
Charles Nagy
Bob Lemon (shutouts)
Early Wynn
Mike Garcia

RP/CP: Doug Jones (tons of saves)
Willis Hudlin
Paul Shuey
Ed Klieman
Sid Monge

Manager: Mike Hargrove (he would be doing both managing and playing)

The Cleveland Naps are now known as the Cleveland Indians, it is the same franchise. The Cleveland (also known as the Bluebirds, the Blues, the Broncos) team has been around since 1901, and any all-time team MUST include 1901-1914 and through today. The Cleveland Spiders (known before as teh Cleveland Forest Citys that played Cincinatti in the first ever professional baseball game) was a National LEague team, but made way for the current franchise in the new Americal League (1901).

The Spiders could have their own thread, but after Cy Young and Lou Sockalexis there wouldn't be much to talk about.

My team:
1B: Jim Thome
2B: Nap Lajoie
SS: Lou Boudreau (greatest Indian perhaps)
3B: Al Rosen
C: Sandy Alomar Jr.
OF: Joe Jackson, Manny Ramirez, Albert Belle

Bench/Honorable Mention: Omar Vizquel, Kenny Loften, Tris Speaker, Earl Averil, Robbie Alomar, Carlos Baerga, Eddie Murray

Pitching:
Bob Feller, Bob Lemon, Mel Harder, Early Wynn, Cy Young
Bullpen: Doug Jones, Jose Mesa, Paul Shuey, Stan Coveleski

Can a mod who is knowledgabke about Tndians history add a poll to this thread? Can you include the Naps players as well?

I want the results for the All-Time position by position battle. I have a thread about it in the history forum if you're interested.

If no one else wants it. We're going by what they did in their Cleveland career not overall, right? You want a poll at each position?

No, I have a similar thread in the Yankees forum and I would like the poll to be modeled on that.

Base your votyes on what you want. I`m taking into consideration whjat they've done with other teams but mostly basing it on what they did with the team in question

My all time Tribe team is based on what a player did while with the Cleveland American League franchise between 1901 and 2006. This franchise went by the names of the Blues in 1901, the Broncos in 1902, the Naps from 1903-1914, and the Indians since 1915. IMO, it serves no useful purpose to divide the teams up by the nicknames they adopted in some seasons.

C - Mike Hegan
1B - Hal Trosky
2B - Nap Lajoie
3B - Ken Keltner
SS - Lou Boudreau
LF - Albert Belle
CF - Tris Speaker
RF - Manny Ramirez
DH - Travis Hafner

Bench - Earl Averill, Sandy Alomar Jr., Larry Doby, Jim Thome, Al Rosen, Kenny Lofton

SP - Bob Feller
SP - Mel Harder
SP - Bob Lemon
SP - Addie Joss
SP - Stan Coveleski

RA - Doug Jones

Bullpen - Charley Nagy, Willis Hudlin, Bob Wickman, CC Sabathia.

Manager - Lou Boudreau

Mike Hegan was a 1bman for the Yankees in the late 60's. I think you mean his dad, Jim.
