I have a bunch of leftover PVP pipe from a plumbing job I just finished. Rather than keep it sitting in the garage I decided to make two "goals" with it. They stand about 2 feet tall and a little short of three feet wide. I used an old golf practice net for the backing.

This evening I set up the goals about 30 feet apart and had my catchers take turns trying to score off each other. One catcher would set up and the other would try to get the ball in the goal on one bounce. The thrower got a point for scoring a goal, but the blocker got a point every time he/she could keep the ball within 5 feet in front of themself.

It was a fun activity while the rest of the players took infield and fly balls, and the catchers got to work on blocking.

By nor gluing the joints the goals disassemble and reassemble quickly and don't take up much space.
