I realize that since they arent "authenticated" this is a mute subject, but I have two game balls from Lincecums's CY season last year. Both balls were strikeouts that ended the inning and were tossed to me by Bengie Molina as he trotted back to the dugout. Being 6'11" and 3rd row behind the dugout helps a lot.....One is from 8-1-08 & was his 160th K and the other is from 8-13-08 and was his 234th K of the season and also his first complete game shutout of his career.

Not that Id ever sell them, but whats the value of "K" balls from a CY season? They are my prized baseball possessions. :D

Without authentication, not much. More sentimental value than anything else it seems. I doubt there is anyway to authenticate them now. But...if there were. I would say around 50-100 a ball. Maybe. Depends on how badly someone wants them and how much they know about game balls.

I have caught balls at games and had people offer me 20-50 cash on the spot for balls from batting practice. Some people really want baseballs that they don't catch I guess and that have no value really.

I would say keep them and give them to your grandkids when you are old and tell them about them. That's probably the best value you will get.

Wow, I hope you took it! Beer money rules over a worthless baseball any day!

Like has been said, not a whole lot. Your memories that are associated with it are worth far more

Looking back, I should have taken it. I usually keep the OMLBs I catch to get autos on. If I get practice/training balls I will give them to kids I see throughout the day.

There is no monetary value to them. Unless it was a 5,000th career k ball, or maybe a perfect game ball. The only value in them is how much you value Lincecum has your favorite player. (Which knowing you is a lot!) :)

yea, the sentimental value of them is imeasurable to me. Hes been my favorite piotcher since he came up to the Majors in '07. Ive actually seen his onlky two loses this season so far, so maybe I should start staying away from his games, lol.
