3 days. Ex MLB'er used to live the next town over. Took a day to get to him, signed it went in the mail same day, got to me the day after that.

I've had a few 3 day responses...usually with really good signers who live nearby. I'm not sure you could physically get a request back TTM faster than that, unless the guy had a PO box and signed the cards while standing at the post office.
