The player with the most reasonable HOF case with a most low BA is Darrell Evans.

Which is why I dont understand where Jack Morris has any HOF case at all.Pitching in a DH league adds about half a run to a pitcher's ERA, if I recall correctly.

To three places Nettles and Evans are both at .248.
