I feel like an annoyance with all these questions :(

My son has a tendency to roll his front ankle over on it's side slightly at the point of contact, atleast what I think is the point of contact, too fast to tell. Almost identical to this: http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m243/lpheen/mannypoc3.jpghttp://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m243/lpheen/pujolsPOC.jpg

And rolls it completely on it's side after contact. He was told not to do this at all and to keep the foot planted flat throughout the swing. I assume it can't be all that bad if there are major leaguers doing this but is it something that I should work with him on or just leave it?

When I see this happen, usually the kid plants their heel first - instead of their toe. If he's touching his toe 1st, then rolling, I wouldn't worry about it.
