First requirement for gaining from any drills would be understanding the goal. I'd start with that. After that, drills are easy. Before that, any drill can, and likely will, end up being unintentionally perverted.

Mark's point is a good one, but I would also suggest you visit Steve's site and, if you haven't done so, purchase the dvds so you can view and understand the drills from the person who invented them rather than second-hand from any of us.

Ok, so why not give him a few of the drills and then explain the goals? Then maybe he won't unintentionally pervert them. ;)
