Minor League addys in Harvey's book

Obviously they are incorrect as the cities, states and zip codes are all jumbled around. I seem to recall after the address list came out a few months back that Harvey issued an e-mail with the correct minor league addys. Does anyone have a copy of that that they could please send me? Let me know.

I have been making due with going on some milb team sites ,but that becomes tedious after a while.
