There have been four players that have played all 9 positions in a single game. Do you think we will ever see a game where one player is listed at all 10 "postions" (i.e., including the DH)? Would this really constitute a new record if that happened?

Only if his first 'position' was as DH, which technically is NOT a position, but a place in the batting order.
