Old Busch Stadium Site

Does anyone know what is going to be built (or building) where old Bush Stadium stood? I went to a game when they opened New Bush Stadium and haven't been back since. All the pictures I see show an empty dirt lot. Just curious if anyone knows.

currently they are putting in a parking lot and a softball field on the site for the all star game. hopefully next spring they will have the funding available to start with BP Village it all pretty much comes down to the state of Missouri, city of St.Louis and the Cardinals agreeing, and the way the economy is, it hasn't really helped out the situation.
