Of all active pitchers, who has the most career wins with no losses against one opponent?

Almost was Roy Oswalt but the Reds finally came and got him, once. I think it was last year. But 23-1 aint bad, haha

Looks as if Johnson is 13-0 in his career against the Cubs. Not sure if there is someone out there with better numbers though.
Cant find anyone even close to Randy's 13-0, thats pretty impressive. Also he's done it in only in 14 starts.
Oswalt's 23-1 (from 27 starts) is insane though. Found the game he lost, 28th April 2006 (http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/CIN/CIN200604280.shtml), lost by a single run (5-4), and was leading after he left at the end of the 6th.
I wonder what historically is the best winning percentage for a pitcher against one team, who has the longest unbeaten run, most games over .500 against a team etc.

Baseball Reference's streak finder only runs from 1954, but in that time period it looks as if the longest streak was Dave Stewart's 14 consecutive wins against the Mariners from 1986 to 1990. I reckon that there are pre-war pitchers with much more impressive streaks though.

Larry Jaster's 1966 performance against the defending NL champion Dodgers is worth mentioning.
