My swing has been measured at 79MPH.. I don't know if this is relevant to the problem I'm having or not.
When I take a swing I usually end up falling out over the plate during my follow through. Usually using my back leg to stop myself from falling over.
What can cause this?

No that's not it.
You know when a RHB is fooled by left handed curveball down and in? How they kind of fall over after they golf at it.
That's what I do but after every swing.. not matter where the pitch is.

ive had this problem. try bending at your knees and hips more. i have a 79 mph swing also. and i fixed that problem. it also happens if ur completely fooled. and when you rotate ur hips try to keep your body straight up and down.

This is common. You may not be balanced. When I see kids falling all over the place, I have them get on the balls for the feet and swing 80% their max. You really don't need to over swing, 80% is about right. Give that a try and keep us updated.
