I got my entire teams swings on video. Heres the million dollar question. Whats the best way to get them on here for you guys to look at and help with?

I've seen that some guys turn them into GIFs somehow.

I have 20 players, 3 swings each. 60 little MPEG files.

What do I do now? haha

You might first consider getting permission from their parents to post their video on a public forum? :lightbulb:

Here is what I would suggest:

1) You can try Microsoft Movie Maker and Microsoft Gif Animator (Free) to create the gif's. If that doesn't work then you may need to pick up some additional software. I personally use Pinnacle Studio to edit the video. Most of us on this forum use Jasc Animation Shop (now Corel) or Ulead Gif Animator to create the gifs.

2) Set yourself up 1 or 2 Photobucket Accounts. Use the first one as a team web page with all the kids clips on it. Make sure to password protect it (Private). You can share the web address and password with the parents on the team so the kids can view their own swings. Ask the parents if that is ok with them before you share out the web page with the entire team.

Use the second account to post clips to that you will be posting publically on the forum. (make that one private also)

Don't use any proper names in the filenames or account name.

3) For posting here I would suggest just starting with a few kids where you see typical problems, bad weight transfer, bat drag, etc... not the entire team at once. Then get some feedback, use it, and post back in a week or two after you've worked with them some more.

For the kids you post make sure you have parent's permissions.

Good luck and feel free to ask more questions.

Duke...great stuff.

I use Ulead VideoStudio 12 for most video stuff, but in order to upload it frame by frame is GIF Animator the best way to go?

Does Ulead Video Studio 12 have Ulead Gif Animator 5.05 included?
