When the weather is hot I would instantly feel really tired and powerless. Sort of like my swing would slow down a lot by it and got K-ed more often.
Any way to solve that?

Not knowing any more than what you have provided I would recommend that you drink more water prior to and during your games. A common mistake of athletes when tempatures rise is to wait to get thirsty to drink. This is too late. Again not knowing anything other than what you posted I would say try to drink a lot more fluids and see how you feel.

As SIA wrote water intake is key. You might need to alter your diet, carb loading before an event. I used to do that two days prior to a triathlon.
An aside, I was talking with a coach at a clinic over the winter, with regards to my son catching and how easily he sweats. He had mentioned puting an ice cube on the inside part of the wrist reducing the body temp a degree or two.

Hydrate better, eat better, and get mentally tougher.
If it's hot out for you, it's hot out for the other team too.

There are a lot of factors here. Several years ago when I was playing, I was a hustler. I ran everywhere and was always yelling etc. We played in an old coal mine area where the field was sunken and it was right at 100 degrees. Another player came up to me and told me to I had to be smarter about the game. I didn't understand until about the 4th inning of that double header. He basically said that the hotter it gets, the smarter you have to get. Towel on the neck when in the dugout. No excessive running when not needed. Water, water and then more water. The food has been covered. Get in the shade whenever you can. Don't go around complaining about how hot it is. That only makes it seem hotter and makes everyone else miserable.
Now, on a practical side. If you are one who stays in air conditioning all of the time, you're setting yourself up. I can't stand to be inside. Get out and about and be smart about it. Condition yourself to be an outdoors person if you want to excel at outdoors sports. Salt your food on days that you are going to perspire a lot. Don't on other days. No caffeine! When you urinate, if it is yellow, you are not getting enough water. I'll let others add more.

Mental toughness is required. At the same moment that you're wilting at the plate, roofers are carrying 80 lb. bundles of shingles up a two-story ladder.
Batting makes minimal demands on stamina. Even tournament golfers have it tougher because they have to walk the course.
If drinking lots of water makes you feel mentally tougher, then drink lots of water.
If I'd lived and worked all my life in an air-conditioned environment, I might be more sympathetic.

I can't even remember what it feels like to be too hot. I was supposed to have my first game of the season here in Iowa, but it got snowed out. 100 degree temperatures sound pretty good right now:rainy:

No short term solution, but do you do some conditioning in the winter?
I do some distance running and other conditioning work 3 times a week all winter long(with my track coach). In the season I do no running at all(exept at max one Kilometer or so warmup and sprinting). This should give you good stamina, which is built in the off season.
There is no point in running longer distances in the season, then it's to late. You must work on endurance in the winter and then built up the speed later(much sprinting...).
Also how is your body weight, are you overweight?

I'm assuming you don't play football and go through 2 adays. Here in Fresno it can be 100 plus for months. It takes some time to get use too as well. They are all geared up as well. Fluids, diet and mental toughness.
