White Sox optioned RHP Lucas Harrell to Double-A Birmingham; reassigned INF Brian Myrow, RHP Brad Salmon and INF Sergio Santos to minor league camp.
The White Sox are still at 53 players in camp. Harrell had some success in Double-A last season, but since it was just 54 innings, it makes sense for him to go back there. He allowed three unearned runs in two innings this spring.
