I figured that with the WBC officialy starting, we should have a thread devoted to those stadiums and photos of them. So here they are:

Round 1 Pool A- Tokyo Dome, Tokyo
Round 1 Pool B- Foro Sol, Mexico City
Round 1 Pool C- Rogers Centre, Toronto
Round 1 Pool D- Hiram Bithorn Stadium, Puerto Rico

Round 2 Pool 1- Petco Park, San Diego
Round 2 Pool 2- Dolphin Stadium, Miami

Finals- Dodger Stadium, LA

Was it designed so that all the first round parks would be astroturf or was it just by accident? Maybe it's so everyone plays on the same style fields.

Foro Sol looks pretty sad... maybe they tore up the field for astroturf? Seems odd they didn't pick the park in Monteray that was designed after Jack Murphy in San Diego which is much nicer.

Edit: on the wiki page for Foro Sol it says it has field turf ala the Trop. Sure looks like real grass in the pictures posted!
