got it, Jim Bunning was serving in the house in 1997 while running for office for Kentucky's seat in the senate. He got elected to the Senate and made it just in time to serve on the jury during Clinton's removal trial. BTW, I met Senator Bunning during one of his tenures in the house in his office across the street from the capital, a really nice guy plus his office then in the House was a shrine to the Phillies when most congressmen have pictures of their district up
