can u post a video of someone taking pitch?

I would like to know if someone on here could post a video of someone taking a pitch and not swinging.(preferably from the center field camera angle). The reason is because all the videos that I've seen show the batter committing and swinging. Am I right in that your stride foot gets down whether you swing or not? It's stride then swing, right? On the videos, it always looks like the stride foot is down when the ball is about halfway to the plate. Thank you, Banny.
