Long story short. A guy on my adult league team is buddy's with a pitcher in the Dodgers organazation. Well he gave my son a glove from that player.
Nike Ppro. Nice glove. What makes it different from the store bought stuff?

its their pro version lotsa pitchers use the nike BUT i dont see too many infielders with them..the leather is nice and supple on the higher end nikes..249.00$..should buy you a nice glove anyway..

My kid. Is excited to play with it. The glove is a tad dry was stored flat. I do not want to overcondition it. I used the Nokona jelly on my glove nd liked it when the glove was new.
On a game used high end what should I use to give it some life? Vaseline?

no vaseline EVER..try LEXOL

Applied a very light coat of vaseline wiped it off. Over lunch I picked up some lexol. Any tips on application? Again my kids gonna use the glove
