The club did, however, announce that it had agreed to terms on one-year contracts with nine players not yet eligible for arbitration: left-hander Jerry Blevins; right-handers Santiago Casilla, Joey Devine, Jeff Gray and Brad Ziegler; infielders Eric Patterson and Gregorio Petit; and outfielders Chris Denorfia and Javier Herrera.
