They should just legalize them and get it over with.

If wishes were fishes . . .

We are seeing a few too many threads which basically are saying the same thing. I'm going to start combining a few of them and will continue to do so as long as the topic is hot. If there are some absolute revelations coming out on this site on the subject :laugh, I'll let a thread stand on its own.

On a scale of 1-10? About a 93.

I'm so tired of it, I would support a sub-forum for this garbage so all of the "OMG NOEZ STEROIDZ" guys could chat it up big time and leave this forum alone.

Great idea, I'm sick of every other thread in the Current Event category having something to do with steroids.

I wish there were no such thing as steroids.

I feel that (maybe many) baseball fans would like it to stop mainly because MLB is so late getting into the game, always 3 steps behind, whether intentionally or not, to the problem. It's gone on so long (and will to some degree) and of a sudden Selig is getting serious and it's hypocritical.

But with all this talk on roids it seems like we're all in this one big movie. :crazy

I also think that enough is enough with the steroid talk. It is getting quite abundant these days. So what if x or y takes steroids? It's no point to make a gigantic media circus (I'm looking at you, ESPN) about it and then have it go on for weeks and weeks. Now, is there really a point for that?

So sick of it, I almost didn't read this thread...but of course I did. And then I posted too! Oh know, I am contributing to that in which I hate so much!!!

agree about the roids talk

but is there anyreason why you never just hit the quote button when responding? is it easier or something to copy and paste the poster's reply and then quote them? it makes your posts very annoying to read

And why stop there? Let's legalize atomic, super-corked, hyper-charged, aluminum
bats so a 150 lb A leaguer can hit 60 dingers....or six-foot wide fishnet
gloves so outfielders can catch everything that comes near them without even
moving? Do you people even like baseball?

I'm not tired of it at all. In fact, we should talk about it more. Drag A-Rod and all the others through the mud again please. Ask the tough questions during inteviews. Squirm in front of Congress. Blast the Union Leaders (it's happening now, but not as severly as it should be) for helping to facilitate Steriod Use by telling players in advance when the tests were coming.

Drag em all through the mud viciously...... it WILL help clean the game up. Period.

No, you caught us. We've been secretly manipulating baseball for the last 130 years in an attempt to turn this thing called "base ball" into our beloved game of squash. Curse you for catching on to our nefarious plot. One of our representatives will be by your house shortly to deal with you, he will be dressed as your local postman.
