11 Year Old swing help

I'm looking for some advice on how to improve my son's swing. I'm not too knowledgeable, but even I can tell a lot of things aren't right.

Good eye-hand coordination. Maybe has the left hand buried in palm and wrapped too much. Experiment with finger grip with that hand which may help him hit thorugh ball a little more. Looks a litle like Ted Wiliams with his stance.

Good set up but then he doesn't know how to rotate from the middle and he disconnects by swinging down. I'd suggest reading everything Boardmember and Ssarge have written on here and I'd suggest posting the same clip and question on englishbeyhittting.
