Not sure, just took a quick glance but I think the voting, the ranking is done by the public, it's a worthless list that shouldn't even be considered.

I think Robinson, Schmidt, Clemente, and Pudge deserve some credit. They certainly added great skill to their positions that fielders are judged by in general.

It isn't clear to me how the "score" is derived, so it is hard to ascertain the credibility of the methodology. If it is simple "voting", then it means nothing to me. It is hard to believe that the 25 greatest fielders of all time all played within the last 50 years and no one from the first 75 years could crack the list.

And yes, I noticed that Derek Jeter was number 11...:laugh

I can understand tabbing the Wizard of Oz as #1. I'd base this on what he accomplished as a SS. I'm comfortable with those that would list Honus Wagner as #1 based on his fielding accomplishments at a wide range of positions. Purely as a SS, I'd have Ozzie ahead of him, but it would be hard to find a better fielder at a wide range of positions than Wagner.
