I am havinq a lot of difficulty when swinging in that I bar both of my arms
just prior to and at contact. I can do the fence drill and either not hit the fence (or net) or just barely touch the net. Once the net is gone, and I am hitting a ball it's back to barring both arms. I have tried even to unnaturally
keep my hands in but I can't seem to keep my back hand tucked in.
I see that the pros keep their hands tucked in at contact, then getting extension after contact. I am sure I am loosing bat speed and power, and
will do poorly on inside high strikes.
Anyone know what I might be able to do to correct this?
I will have some swing clips later in the week.
