Is the SCG card grading company reputable?

I think you are referring to SGC grading. BGS, PSA, SGC, and GAI are the more reputable and recognized authentication services out there. SGC has its own system and the highest grade possible is 100, which is considered 'Pristine'. Most people tend to favor either BGS or PSA because they have been around the longest.
