I'd like to know if I could change my username by something like 1 letter, because somehow I'm hurting my wrist typing the 2 consecutive ns in beginning. I only want to delete an n out of that part of my name.

I'm puzzled. You want to delete the n in "beginning"? May I ask how is typing the "n" back to back times hurting your wrist?

No clue at all, i just notice that upon typing the 2nd n my wrist just starts feeling screwed up.

Well whatever the reason. Contact the Webmaster. He is the only one who can change your user name. Pm him.

You could try changing to an entirely different username, since your present one isn't really baseball-related.

If you remove one of the n's in your username, you'll likely spend more time answering questions about the obvious misspelling, if not what the meaning of your username is.

If ou get a pain from typing an "n" twice, please make sure with your doctor that you don't have carpal tunnel syndrome and/or any other wrist problems related to typing repetitive keystrokes. Try typing slower when entering your username, possibly using a different keyboard or a different finger for the "n".

If you log in using the same computer, try enabling cookies and click on the "remember me" checkbox, so that retyping the username wouldn't be necessary. Every time you visit BBF, you would be automatically logged in.

Out of curiosity, who is the webmaster? Is it a fellow poster?

His name is Sean Holz and his username is "wenmaster". He owns the site and is one of 3 Administrators here. The other two are "The Comissioner" and "Macker".

Every forum that I've been on, the person who served as the Webmaster was either the site owner and/or the person who served in he capacity of updating the site's web capabilities.

Please see the "Announcement", written by Sean, which lies atop this and every other subforum of BBF.

No problem. Ust make sure that your browser has cookies enabled, and that your Internet cache, temporary files or History is cleaned out weekly. All should run well then. :)

I don't agree that the name needs to be baseball related, but you could change one letter and have the handle "thebiginningwastheend". :laugh

Yeah, you're right, people do have lots of handles based upon things they like outside of baseball. Remember the former DudeCar00, which originated from the Dude, where's my car? movie :D

TheBigInningWasTheEnd

Now *THAT* is one awesome handle if I've ever heard one! I fully approve (and am slightly jealous). :p

Some of us actually use our real names. :waving

I think a baseball-related user name is pertinent on this site.

This might be the stangest post I've ever read on BBF.

So, do you refrain from typing consecutive "n"s by any means?

That gerund form is beiatch...
