I have NEVER seen a success from him before.
1.) He lives in Venezuela.
2.) At card shows he charges $75 per item.
3.) He doesn't do ttm (more than likely since like I said above I have never seen a success with him before).

You could try sending to him c/o HOF, but without seeing any success I would save my stamps for someone else.

On a lark, I sent to him c/o the Chicago White Sox on 9/4 of this year, on the off chance they'd forward and he'd sign. So far, nothing back, but I'll post in the success thread if something shows up.

I figured he spent 10 of his 18 seasons with the White Sox, and wears their cap on his HOF plaque, so they'd be the most likely to forward. Of course, it's very likely that neither of us will have any luck.

Sadly, you guys will never see your items again. :(
Rule of thumb when it comes to retired players: ONLY send to the stadium unless you 100% know for sure that they work for that particular team ie; coach, vp of operations, etc, etc.

$75 bucks??!! I can get an auto of him for $15. I guess meeting the player is always worth a little extra but these prices keep me away from shows.

Those card show prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Maybe with the economy going the huge correction it's going through, and the trading price of barrels of oil dropping like a lead balloon, maybe these prices at card shows will start becoming more realistic...but I doubt it.
