I'm not suprised this has happened. Now that most of the management board is approaching 60, the recipe for this move simple:
1. Buy out and cut ties with the corporate mother ship.
2. Finish up the few large stadium jobs left to be built in the US...Marlins, Chargers, and Vikings.
3. Reap profits, sell your stock, and retire fat.
