This is just a brief list from a few heavyweight's careers, using Boxrec

Memorial Stadium, Baltimore: Joe Louis v. Jimmy Bivens (8/51)
Ebbets Field, Brooklyn: Carnera v. Sharkey (10/31, not the title bout)
Comiskey Park, Chicago: Louis v. Braddock (1937)
Municipal Stadium, Cleveland: Schmeling v. Young Stribling (7/31)
Tigers Stadium, Detroit: Louis v. Bob Pastor (9/39)
Roosevelt Stadium, Jersey City: Max Baer v. Tony Galento (7/40)
Wrigley Field, Los Angeles: Louis v. Jack Roper (4/39)
Polo Grounds, New York: Louis v. Billy Conn (6/41), Louis v. Lou Nova (9/41)
Yankee Stadium, New York: Lots and lots of times (inc. Louis v. Schmeling I/II, Louis v. Galento, Louis v. Conn II, Louis v. Wolcott II, Louis v. Charles, and I think the last one was Ali/Norton in 1976)
Baker Bowl, Philadelphia: Carnera v. George Godfrey (6/1930)
Forbes Field, Pittsburgh: Walcott v. Charles (7/51)
Griffith Stadium, Washington: Louis v. Buddy Baer (5/41)

There's a lot more, i'm sure.

So, how about pics, or info on how the boxing ring was placed in these outdoor stadiums

The first pro boxing match at Shibe Park was in 1917, Johnny Dundee v. George Chaney. I believe Benny Leonard had a Lightweight? championship fight at Shibe.
Boxers from the area who fought there include; Harold Johnson, Joe Frazier, Joey Giardello, and Ike Williams among others. I'm trying to remember this from reading "To Everything a Season"; Bruce Kuklick.

A few pics I found. One of the preparation and one of the crowd for Louis/Conn 2.

And Sugar Ray Robinson v. Bobo Olson from Wrigley Field in Los Angeles in 1956.

Meanwhile, Ken Norton chases Muhammad Ali in Yankee Stadium.

Jack Sharkey fought at the Baker Bowl (9/18/1933 v. Loughran), Comiskey Park (9/18/1933, v. King Levinsky), Fenway Park (6/25/1936, v. Phil Brubaker)

Sharkey and others have Braves Field fights listed.

Doing Google searches on the Boxrec site comes up with fighters who fought in Borchert Field, Muehlebach Field, and Nicollet Park.

Baer fought at Oaks Ballpark and Seals Stadium.

I knew that the Big Shea (not on your list) had hosted some boxing matches so I looked it up to include it here.

From the Mets Website:

http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/ballpark/history.jsp

"Championship boxing fights have also taken place at Shea with the ring located in the middle of the infield. On May 21, 1966, former Puerto Rican Silver Medalist Jose "Chegui" Torres defeated Wayne Thornton in 15 rounds to defend his Light Heavyweight Championship. A little over a year later, on August 16, 1967, boxing Hall of Famer Carlos Ortiz defended his title against Ismael Laguna in a 15-round victory in a Light Heavyweight Championship. The last title fight to take place at Shea occurred on September 29, 1967, when Emile Griffith won a 15-round decision over Nino Benvenuti, considered the greatest boxer ever from Italy, to capture the World Middleweight Championship. "

Its not boxing, but Shea also hosted three WWWF Cards in 1972, 1976, 1980 and on the June 25, 1976 card, featured a Boxer vs. Wrestler match (Chuck Wepner vs. Andre The Giant). The June 25, 1976 match was held the "same" day (June 26 in Tokyo) as another Boxer vs. Wrestler match (Ali vs. Antonio Inoki), both of which were simulcast.

Here are the highlights of the Wepner/Andre bout at Shea on You Tube:

Floyd Patterson regained the heavyweight championship from Ingemar Johanssen at the Polo Grounds in June of 1960; Rocky Marciano beat Roland LaStarza at the PG in September of 1953 to retain his heavyweight crown, and, of course, there was Jack Dempsey's victory over Argentine Luis Angel Firpo- the "Wild Bull of the Pampas"- at the Polo Grounds in September of 1923.

I'm sure there were dozens of other prize fights held there- I might be incorrect, but I thought there might have been championship fights held there at every level from flyweight to heavyweight over the years- but those three fights I mentioned stick out in my mind.
