Not too many come to mind at the moment, but I do remember Bob Horner and Troy Neel played over there.

Are you talking about the guys who did best over there (Bobby Rose, Randy Bass, Leron and Leon Lee, Boomer Wells, Tuffy Rhodes, and Alex Cabrera are prime examples then) or who did the best here before going over (Gossage, Roy White, Don Newcombe, Reggie Smith, and Bill Madlock are more what you're looking for).

Also in the latter category, another Hall of Famer, Larry Doby. Tony Fernandez, Cecil Fielder and Julio Franco also come to mind. Mike Greenwell and Frank Howard lead the famous MLBers who were total busts in Japan.
Also, Leon Lee never played in the majors from the first list. I'd add Alex Ramirez as well.
