I have been coaching baseball for over 10 years now and I just wanted to introduce anyone whos interested to a great book I have used this past season. Im big on reading and researching baseball in order to give me more knowledge on the sport, making me, a better coach. This winter I was browsing online when I came across this book on how to improve your teams hitting. I decided to try it out and it was very effective. So if anyone is interested in checking this book out, just go to the site below. If you have any questions just message me. Hope I could help.
Here it is: Bat Speed and Power Hitting (http://lizzotte97.zman88.hop.clickbank.net/)

How can you say that Im spamming? Im just trying to help out any coaches or players theat feel they need to improve their hitting. Is that a crime to spread a great resource like this one?

No, it's not a crime at all . . . as long as you tell us a little more about the book. :)
What is the main focus of the book, a different technique/mechanics, mental approach, strength training, new training device, how is it that one can increase their power so significantly in only 14 days? Is it written for a particular age group or will it work for youngsters as well as HS, college, and beyond?

If you were just interested in spreading a great resource like this, it seems to me you would have posted a link to the actual site instead of a ClickBank affiliate link-through to sell what ever it is that you are selling.
ClickBank's Network Abuse Policy States in part:
"All ClickBank clients are prohibited from using our services in conjunction with any form of network abuse, spamming, spyware, denial of service, or other illegal activity."
"# To report unwelcome email, newsgroup crossposting, or abuse on online classified sites or social networking sites, please notify our Security Department through our Report Abuse form. If you are able to cut and paste the full body and header of the offending message in the form, please send that information along with your report. "
This really isn't the first time you've done this either.

I cant find the book being sold anywhere else. Where did u get it from?
I agree with mudvnine, a lot of people in this form talk about the main ideas of some book they have read instead of telling other users to buy the book. Why dont you just tell us the importent notes of the book?

One of my buddies sells this on clickbank and I bought one from someone elses account this winter because I didn't know that he sold them and even know what clickbank was. But anyways, he asked me if I would help him because I have experience with the book. So anyways, here is a little bit about it:
- The book shows you how to find the perfect bat for you, considering your size and power.
- The book walks you through some great techniques to improve your bat speed. From foot position to body shifting using not only your upper body but also your core.
- Talks about how baseball is just as much a mental sport as it is a physical one and some techniques on how to stay mentally strong while in the batters box.
- It also shows you a lot of different workouts that will help out your hitting. These workouts target the muscles in your hands, forearms, abdomen, and all of the muscles in between.

Yes, the muscles inbetween such as your bicepts, tricepts, chest, and shoulders.

Do you mean the biceps and triceps?? If I get big biceps and triceps, I will hit more bombs?

What muscle groups needed depends on the style of swing you have. An amature swing will most likely need Arm strength. Some will try to use there lower body ( most will fail :dismay:).
Pros will work on core muscles, abdominals and such. But if your an amature, work on arms chest.

Why does it matter if you are an amateur or a pro or a high school kid?????

Since when should you just work on one or two parts of your body? Even if you have a linear swing your legs are still in the equation and failing to work them will keep you from reaching full potential. I guess if you are a pro you will have a little more sport specific workout but those people are already very strong and don't stop working major lifts all together.

don't forget that this is a guy who makes up his theories. He omitted to not swining a bat in a game for a long time.

Pros would of course still need their total body work out, but they can actualy recruit the core muscle efficiently during the swing. Amatures dont have a clue where the core muscles are even found.
I will tell you this. The most efficent way to power your baseball or golf swing..:shhh: Freestyle with paddles and a pull buoy.

That is a riduculous statement, my friend.........

My oh my. I don't even know what to say about this.

Hmmm, so I was wrong to teach my high school softball players the same swing that the Olympic softball players use??? I mean, they should be using different swings since they are at different levels, that's what you're saying, right?

So does your HS players swing like elite players?
You can TRY to teach them the pro swing, thats what we've been doing here at BBF. Are you certain you know what the pro swing is? Many on BBF cant even agree on that. Even if you did know what the swing is, it does mean you can teach it. You can have an amature waste all the time working core muscle, but they aint gana use it cuz they dont know how.

Just answer the question:
Does your HS players swing like Olympic player?
Simple enough. You can at least have the courtesy to answer a question when you say I dont have a clue.

That's the goal isn't it?
Why would you want to teach your players anything less? "Oh, you're not good enough, so you're just gonna have to try and succeed with inferior mechanics".....Does that make sense?
You have to ask, are the "elite players" solely that because of their talent, or is it because they also have elite mechanics? Common sense says it's a combo of both.
You give Pujols terrible mechanics and he's a .240 hitter in AA.

Get a clue?? You are the one who said that an amateur cannot swing like a pro!! So if it's not possible, why would that be the goal??.....

You're arguing with a guy that said this:
"I dont think baseball player should lift much weights. Maybe in the off season. During season, you just wana get out wihtout an injury."
Yes, because thats why pros are in the weightroom post game 5 days a week.
