I have seen this video being quoted many times as one of the protoype swings describing the arc and the hand position of the rotational method. The problem that I have with it is that Rose gets an outside pitch and it seems to me that he is trying to take it to the opposite field and if we watch the trajectory of the ball at the point of contact, it is indeed going to right field or right center for that matter (0.57). From my understanding this at bat features an adjusted swing and one cannot draw general conclusions from exceptions.
Does anyone have a from-above video where a ball gets pulled with a rotational swing?
