Can anyone give me a detailed explanation of the MarkH high tee drill? Where is the tee located? Thanks in advance

I'm surprised by the interest in the high tee. I'm not all that big on it since it promotes standing straight up but I have used it briefly to help a kid break a habit/get a feel for not pushing the hands down at rotation initiation. Raise the tee on a box or some such till the ball is about shoulder socket high. Then tell them to drive the ball level or slightly up. Practice doing it yourself beforehand so you can raise their frustration level by doing it easily. ;) Once they are stroking, move the tee down a little at a time till the problem reappears. Move it back up, rinse and repeat.
