K I jus come bak from my first training session, All the coach make us do was run and I was keeping up pretty well even tough long endurance is not my forte but after 6 laps, the 4 months of no training finally caught up with me and after a couple of laps, the coach finally sprint the last lap which I came second. Then one of the coach drag a few of us aside and tell us to show him our stuff. I was itching to pitch with my left hand even tough I poped the tendon when I was around 10 years old since then I have learned to do everything with my right arm except for writing which look dreadful. My fastball was pretty average and for my change-ups, I used the grips from my cricket bowling. So he told me I got more than enough change-ups for league of this standard but my splitter stand out which I thought was a bad pitch because It broke into the dirt and I used that split finger grip for my slower ball in bowling but when I used it in baseball, Im surpised it sunk some much. I was told that pick a few of my change-ups and stick with them. I got fastball which im eager to improve, Splitter "my best pitch?" hopeful its not going get hit cause coach say its my deciding pitch, Slurve? I just turn my wrist over and i got that result which is not all that uncommon in australia since off spinners used this action, Circle changeup, and jus some different grips that cause the flight differently. Maybe I will just use my left arm to throw a little bit nex time because I shouldnt put too much strain on it even I dont have much control when i throw with my left since I just throw with power from the outfield and when I got injured I barely have any control on it anyway.
