Its two weeks until our state tournament and three weeks until regionals. I was just wondering if it would be okay for me to just stop weight training completely for the next few weeks so i con focus SOLELY on skill work like hitting and throwing. This also would make me less tired and weak when i go to all the practices. So what do you guys think.. would this hurt me more than it would help?
