I am 15 years old and Im heading off to the number one baseball private school in the nation. I was wondering (since i have all summer fall and winter) what would a good work out.

What kind of exercises should i do to improve my throwing form. (im a short stop)

What should i do to improve my speed (its about average right now, maybe 4.5ish for 90 feet)

And finally what things could i do to improve my batting power.

For the most part I have no one who could work with me so most exercises would have to be solo ones

Any notes or help would be appreciated.
